Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting product/Brand and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Microbiology.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in life science industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
